Since opening in 2014, that dream has come to life at 12 locations across the country and counting.

While working as a front-of-house manager assistant at V Pizza, I had the opportunity to redesign the crowler label for our Mandarin + Fleming Island Tap Garden Bar. The goal was to refresh V Pizza's crowler designs to align more closely with the brand's contemporary aesthetic.
Crowlers are 32 oz. beer transportation devices, which gives you two full pints of your favorite beer.
Old Crowler Design
The old labels felt outdated and no longer aligned with V Pizza's evolving visual narrative. In the new design, I shifted the tone from a local bar to a more modern and fiery bar aesthetic, better reflecting the brand's direction and energy.
Label Design (Client Approved)
In the new design,
I emphasized "Tap Garden," the sister company of V Pizza that exclusively serves beer and wine.
I increased white space to allow bartenders to write down the type of beer being canned.
To pay homage to V Pizza, I added a fire element at the top of the label, mimicking the wood-fire ovens used in the restaurant.
Additionally, I included the required government warning for alcoholic drinks.
